Behavioral Health Outpatient ServicesJob Number: 221763The
Behavioral Health Therapist II is a Master's prepared professional
in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or
Marriage and Family Therapy. Responsible for meeting with patients
to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as
provides individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate
for each individual patient. Conducts case management activities as
well as discharge planning, and maintains appropriate
documentation. The Therapist II provides appropriate therapeutic
and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about
community resources. Performs other duties as assigned. This is a 4
day/10 hour shift per week schedule.Qualifications:Certifications
