RN-Behavioral Health BAYCARE MOBILE POOL 13 WEEK ASSIGNMENT. RN- Clinical Nurse- Behavioral Health- BayCare Mobile Pool 13 week assignments @ Mease Dunedin Hospital, St Anthony's Hospital, St Joseph's Behavioral Health Center and Winter Haven Hospital.

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced RN to join our outstanding and compassionate BayCare Mobile Pool Team. BayCare Mobile team members can work in exciting and challenging assignments of their choice within BayCare, the largest community-based health system in the Tampa Bay, Florida, area. Mobile Pool also features some of the highest hourly rates in the market and the opportunity to work in one of BayCare's leading not-for-profit hospitals.

The BayCare Mobile Pool RN:

* Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.


* Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.


* Is responsible for professional accountability and development.


* The CN II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Additional responsibilities at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program for Children (SIPP) only:


* Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.



For this position, we are looking for a RN with two years' experience in behavioral health in an acute care setting.
