WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This exempt position of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Applications Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support of GCJFCS Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, Practice Management System, Clinical Work Station, and all other related clinical applications that together comprise or support the longitudinal patient record. Responsibilities include application installation and integration; application configuration; application upgrades and patching; application troubleshooting; application security; application security access management; and application monitoring, backup and recovery. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Applications Administrator is also responsible for report design, development and implementation. Will also be responsible for data uploading for state and local funders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University.
Related degrees are Computer Science, Management and Information Systems or Computer and Information Systems. Appropriate certifications or related job experience can substitute for Educational requirements.
3+ years' experience in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field with specialization in electronic data processing, programming, systems analysis, and system design, or equivalent.
Preferred: In-depth understanding of Netsmart's Avatar EHR system
Must have valid Florida driver's license.
Must participate in continuing information technology education/training each year.
