THE POSITION
As a Senior Customer Business Director (CBD) here at Honeywell, you
will be responsible for managing and leading new business
opportunities with a defense original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
for military aircraft. You will play a critical role in driving the
strategic growth of the business by developing and executing
comprehensive customer business plans.

You will report directly to the Vice President of the Defense OEM
(DOEM) Customer Business Team (CBT). This is a strategic leadership
role responsible for overseeing and enhancing our customer business
team operations. Your leadership and expertise in leading defense
programs and managing new business opportunities will enable you to
build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative
solutions to meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring
your team, you will foster a culture of growth and operational
excellence, positioning the company as a market leader in customer
business management.

The ideal candidate will excel at creating clarity, taking
initiative to lead when necessary, and effectively prioritizing and
communicating business team needs across departments. The ideal
candidate will enable and facilitate business growth by removing
barriers to success and ensuring seamless operations. They will be
