Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly
specialized Component Radiation Test Engineers within the Space
Engineering organization.-- This leadership position will support
the team that specializes in the test of state-of-the-art products
for our customers.-- You will leverage your technical experience
and skills to guide your team in the investigation and solution of
challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership skills
to motivate teams that are testing new or existing products, parts,
and processes. By collaborating with customers and broader
engineering teams, you will balance team workload and drive
exceptional team performance with high impact for the
