FIELD PROJECT MANAGER -- BRS
General Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the successful planning, organization and controlling of all field remediation work.
  • Performs Inspection of Projects, insures the high quality of remediation services while meeting corporate budgets set for each project.
  • Provides support services for warehouse operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement protocols for QA/QC work and inspections
  • Oversee production personnel performance and perform initial and ongoing training.
  • Inspects projects and makes recommendations to management. -
  • Performs job estimates, site visits, and initiates change orders that may be required on the job
  • Company training and passing grade for Applicator training (various restoration products, Remediation Process training, Customer Service training, HVAC training, Intro to Micro and IAQ 101 training
  • Follows written departmental policies, OSHA safety guidelines, and Company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Position meets weekly on short term goals and monthly on long term goals. -
  • Contact with all levels of management, client representatives, vendors and licensing agencies.
  • Interacts -with client contacts (i.e.: facilities personnel, owners, occupants)
  • Train -new personnel
  • Perform Health and Safety Training
  • Manage -departmental equipment maintenance and location plan
  • Provide -Building Sciences and Diagnostics departmental support
  • Assist -with the planning and scheduling of equipment and tool maintenance
  • Administer applicable departmental Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Field Time Sheet / Progress Report Management/Photo Documentation
  • Manage all IAQ Building Remediation Sciences Crews

    Job Requirements:

    • NADCA certification required. - Must obtain certification within 90-120 days of employment.
    • Additional Certifications will be required during on-going employment with PACS, such as IICRC, ACAC - CMRS, CMR or CRMR and State Mold Remediator/Assessor
    • Must possess a minimum of two year college degree or equivalent with technical training in HVAC, mechanical and management. -
    • Must understand and interpret blueprints, construction site work and financial budgets.
    • Must understand job estimation with computer knowledge.
    • Must be a people person with ability to delegate
    • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret information
    • Computer knowledge in core industry related software is a plus.
    • Must be able to pass government (and other) background checks, drug screen and MVR driving record check (no points)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent Organizational skills
      Immediate Supervisor

      • This position reports directly to the Business Operations Manager.
      • This position will require the ability to assume additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow or as needed by the immediate supervisor.
        WORKING CONDITIONS

        • Position works in Building Remediation Sciences Department where contaminants exist.
        • Applicable OSHA and other regulatory
        • Safety equipment must be worn according to company policy.
        • Travel may be as high as 100%. -
        • Overnight absences required, typically, three to four nights per week.
        • This position is a very demanding position. - -
        • Field work quality assurance is the ultimate goal of this department.
        • This position is expected to be a least 70% billable to remediation projects
        • Travel details are on the Time Sheet (Logs), Expense Reports, and Field Inspection forms.

          The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
