The Customer Success Administrator Manager will manage the Customer Success Administrators and will work directly with the Customer Success Administrator Senior Manager. The Customer Success Administrator Manager is also responsible for assigning new customers to the appropriate CSMs. In addition, this position will handle several administrative tasks in Salesforce.com, including but not limited to converting leads, adjusting future opportunities, and transferring and assigning accounts, as well as addresses and/or routes incoming customer requests via phone. Responsibilities:Must have effective communication on projects and processes assigned to the Customer Success Administrator team, and assist team in completing them efficientlyRun Salesforce reports and identify trends for presentation to the Customer Success Administrator Senior ManagerConduct daily team stand up meetings and discussionEnsure CSM Admin team has impeccable understanding of policy and procedureDelegate responsibility for various processes to CSM Admin teamConfirm accuracy in statistics and Salesforce reportingDistribute new and renewal accounts and opportunities to CSMsCreate, edit, and transfer renewal opportunities, accounts, and tasksHold a monthly one on one meeting with each Customer Success Administrator to discuss metrics and developmentShut down expired customer consolesCreate, convert, and merge leads and contactsManage time cards and time off requests for members of the CSM Admin teamDeliver verbal and written warnings to CSM Admin team members when necessaryAnswer and route phone calls from customers to CSMsWork with Expansion and People Operations to hire, fire, discipline, and promote subordinates within the CSM Administrator team Minimum Qualifications:2 year degree or 2 years of experience preferred in relevant area of work describedProficient with Gmail and Google DocsProficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM toolManagerial experience preferredStrong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsAbility to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailTeam orientedWilling to go the extra mile Our Fantastic Benefits We offer company-wide monthly bonuses, employee referral bonuses, an employee stock purchase program, 401k matching (US), fully paid medical insurance (US), open/generous paid time off (length varies by country), parental leave (length varies by country), adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, certification completion bonuses, gym benefits, and a relaxed dress code - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
