WORK VISAS) ANNUAL SALARY$70,000 - $85,000SUMMARYEstablish and
drive the activities which create and maintain a safe,
accident-free and healthy work environment by performing the
following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.Implement and fully manage
a plan for a total safety culture change, focusing on
behavior-based safety program and initiatives.Create, lead,
motivate, and foster a safety-conscious culture in the workplace to
reduce incidents and employee injuries.Discover opportunities for
improving conditions and execute various safety programs.Motivate,
influence and inspire workers to understand the critical importance
of safety.Inspect organization facilities to detect existing or
potential accident and health hazards, and manage corrective or
preventative measures where indicated.Perform and document Risk
Assessments and Job Safety Analyses.Analyze industrial accident
cases for use by company personnel.Manage the investigation of
accidents and injuries and cooperate in the preparation of material
and evidence for organization used in hearings, legal and insurance
investigations.Formulate safety policies and procedures to be
followed by the company or plant personnel in compliance with
local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.Devise, supervise,
coordinate, and conduct training programs that will improve and
promote safety awareness and proficiency in safe practices.Confer
with equipment manufacturer's representatives and plant technical
and management personnel to discuss alternatives and to choose the
most suitable plan on basis of safety, efficiency, and cost
effectiveness.Consult with all departments on the design and use of
equipment to improve and maintain safe operations.Teamwork is

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING To perform this job successfully,
an individual must complete and maintain Safety Training according
to the Safety Training Matrix.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are

EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Industrial Safety or related field.
OSHA 511 Training Certificate required.Proven experience as safety
manager who has implemented safety culture programs and proven
improvements in a manufacturing organizationDeep understanding of
legal, health and safety guidelinesAbility in producing reports and
developing relevant policiesGood knowledge of data analysis and
risk assessmentExcellent organizational and motivational
skillsOutstanding attention to detail and observation
abilityExceptional interpersonal and professional communication
required.Experience with administering a hazardous communication
program, including managing and leading an emergency response
team.Previous experience with OSHA required.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility
to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical
journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to
respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and
regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively present information to
top management, public groups, and/or boards of
directors.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to work with mathematical
concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and
fundamentals of plan and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts
such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to
practical situations.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems,
collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability
to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and
