Overview:As e-TeleQuote continues to grow both in the US and
internationally, we're looking for a talented, charismatic
Recruiting Manager who understands our business and the talent
market to attract and onboard licensed insurance agents and
multifunctional non-agent corporate roles, putting our brand,
culture, and values first. The person will be a part of a vital
Talent Acquisition team and partner directly with all company
stakeholders to ensure the success of our global company's hiring
efforts. The role is best suited for creative-minded leaders with
deep recruitment experience, demonstrated ability to lead and
direct others, a passion for data and insights, and the ability to
operate well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our
company mission is to help Medicare beneficiaries select the right
Medicare plan for their needs. We are dedicated to the goal of
making Medicare selection easy through our brand easyMedicare.
We're entering the year with a strong base of hundreds of
U.S.-based licensed insurance sales agents; recruitment strategies
to onboard hundreds more; and a cross-functional, global support
network to support advanced operational and corporate activities.

structure to meet the diverse and sophisticated needs of our
multi-continent employee population.Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to support the
hiring of licensed insurance agents
- Source, screen resumes, and interview qualified candidates for
all multifunctional non-agent corporate roles.
- Provide consistent communication to ensure recruiters have
clear goals and accountabilities to deliver against recruiting
KPIs
- Inspires recruiter creativity and strengthen their abilities in
uncovering new and innovative methods or channels to build a strong
talent pipeline
- Guides recruiters to develop and implement sourcing and
recruiting tactics with a specific emphasis on quality of hires and
process efficiency.
- Plan and execute recruiting events and campaigns that attract
quality talent
- Develops strong partnerships with key business leaders and
stakeholders and actively consults with business leaders regarding
industry trends and labor market insights
- Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, areas of
opportunity, and improve processes for the recruiting team
- Fosters a culture within team that promotes, recognizes and
rewards continuous-improvement, best practice sharing and "outside
the box" thinking.
Requirements:
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in managing a team of recruiters, and 5+
years' combination of agency or corporate in-house recruiting
experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work
experience
- Familiarity with health insurance industry, or licensed agent
experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS); Paylocity preferred
- Demonstrated experience and satisfaction working in a group and
as an autonomous member of a teamSkill Requirements:

Requirements:
- This is currently a remote position; however, office presence
and travel to company sites may be required. Our site locations
are: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or Clearwater, FL; Salt Lake City, UT;
Phoenix, AZ; or Las Vegas, NV. Our company headquarters is in
Clearwater, Florida
