Your new role As the Senior Tax Manager you will be responsible for tax accounting and its presentation in the audited financial statements. Responsible for managing other employees. Must be able to the processes to analyze data for tax use. You will be establishing a quarterly income tax provision process under ASC740. Additionally, the employee should be able to assist Director of Tax (or others as assigned) with establishing tax positions, coaching and training tax associates, and help with various ad hoc reporting and research projects. What you'll need to succeed You will have an active CPA license or JD along with Bachelor's in accounting, and MBA in business taxation (MBA preferred). You will have 5 to 7 plus years of corporate Tax experience with multinational corporations, and at least 3 years of management experience. You will also be proficient with income tax accounting (ASC 740) and international tax.
