T he Role Youll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce our search for a full-time - Director of Business Intelligence! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by being -responsible for working with all areas across the business to develop and operationalize data structures, reporting and dashboards. By leveraging data, insights and metrics, this position is a key driver in creating innovation and data-driven business strategies within the company. - Partner with business stakeholders, digital organization, and IT organization to define and implement the business intelligence end-state for the enterprise, including enhancing business intelligence capabilities, consolidating/rationalizing selected business intelligence functions.
Conduct key data, reporting and dashboards needs analysis of all departments and develop, communicate, and execute the appropriate strategy and plan to meet key stakeholder needs.
Lead a team of reporting and analysis professionals and expand the team as needed based on the targeted business intelligence end-state.
Oversea both model and ETL development resources for the ODS, EDW and other needed data structures to facilitate the business intelligence strategy.
Oversee a team that provides dedicated business intelligence support to the companys business teams to enhance strategic oversight, strengthen the organizations value proposition, and sharpen business execution.
Maintain data integrity and transparency to increase data, reporting and dashboard confidence and consistency across all departments.
Consistently integrate new sources of data to create actionable insights and recommendations.
Track industry trends and emerging technology changes and work with IT & Platform teams to ensure these are understood, evaluated, and enabled as necessary.
Monitor usage/adoption & own application/report maintenance & retirement strategies.
Assist in developing and then meet agreed-upon deadlines and perform other project duties as assigned.
Define and communicate business rules and terms governing use of the data including security and data lifecycle management.
Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing. Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and/or oral presentations

Keys to success in this position include experience in leading a business intelligence function with a significant business that has delivered strong value with demonstrated continuous improvement in business intelligence capabilities and processes. Organizational leadership, growth, and oversight of a distributed team of 5+ individuals. Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science and related field required.
