We have ranked a best place to work for women, millennials, and in technology nationwide by Fortune Magazine as well as #1 or #2 in The Tampa Bay Top Workplaces Survey for the last five years. ***This position is located in Clearwater, FL and is only temporarily remote due to current COVID restrictions.***** The Global Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Director will develop and implement the organization's diversity initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace. This individual will also develop and implement the organization's sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity goals
  • Review current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company's diversity goals
  • Collect and analyze statistical data to evaluate the company's population in accordance with diversity standards and goals
  • Draft and implement recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and/or acquire training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives
  • Provide guidance to supervisory and human resources staff in developing objective performance and other employee evaluations and policies
  • Act as company liaison with government agencies concerning affirmative action and equal employment opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices
  • Provide training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance of management and human resources staff.
  • Liaison with the Global Talent Brand & Outreach team for diverse hiring events and talent-facing messaging regarding DE&I.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop and implement company sustainability initiatives and report monthly to the executive team
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs to promote diversity Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Masters degree preferred
    • 3+ years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least one year specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity programs.
    • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
    • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
    • Strong verbal and written communications
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Strong Collaborative and team work skills
    • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
