We are looking for a UX/UI Engineer to turn our software into
easy-to-use products for our clients both internally and
externally. UX/UI Engineer responsibilities include gathering
business and user requirements, researching the users, gathering
user feedback, designing graphic elements, creating navigation
components, and implementing those designs as working front-end web
components. To be successful in this role, you should have
experience with design software, wireframe tools, and HTML and CSS.
If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that
includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you'll create both functional and appealing features
that address our clients' needs and help us grow our customer
--- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with
product managers and engineers
--- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and
--- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and
--- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
--- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how
sites function and look like
--- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and
--- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key
--- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
--- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
--- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
--- Other duties as assigned
--- Bachelor of Science or Fine Arts in Design, Information
Technology, Computer Science or similar Will consider relevant work
experience in lieu of a degree.
--- 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
--- Proven work experience as a UX/UI Engineer or similar role.
--- Familiarization with Salesforce, Sitecore, and Service Now user
--- Portfolio of design projects preferred recommended.
--- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator
--- Ability to demonstrate and support the 5 Company Core Values:

--- Experience with wireframe tools such as Wireframe.css,
InVision, and Axure required.
--- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite, including
Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required.
--- Experience with HTML and CSS required.
--- Ability to communicate abstract concepts to non-technical
--- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Physical & Mental:
--- 40-hour on-site or remote work week with on-call availability,
occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines, deploy
changes, or test implementations.
--- Work in an office environment using dual monitor computer
--- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard,
mouse, and other computer components.
--- Work extended hours when necessary.
--- Up to 15% travel required.
--- Sitting for extended periods of time.
--- Lifting and transporting of light to moderately heavy objects -
i.e. computers and peripherals.
