We are currently seeking two skilled and reliable Service Technicians to join our growing team immediately . Position Summary: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, customer-focused, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) Perform routine preventative maintenance Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units as needed Provide accurate and timely service reports Communicate effectively with customers and team members Maintain a clean and professional appearance Comply with all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications: Must reside in Charlotte or Sarasota County Minimum 3 years of air conditioning service experience required Refrigeration experience is a plus EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends Excellent customer service and communication skills What We Offer: Competitive pay scale based on your knowledge and experience Company vehicle and gas card Paid holidays and vacation Ongoing training and certification opportunities Positive work environment with room for growth Apply Today!
