Services Engineer is responsible for working directly with
customers to establish and execute their security awareness
program. ZRResponsibilitiesAct as the Subject Matter Expert on all
things security awareness relatedDevelop and maintain knowledge of
a customer''s specific business requirements as it relates to a
security awareness training programMaintain detailed administrative
records pertaining to each customer''s account including customer
communication, scheduled action items, and follow-up tasks
Successfully implement a customized security awareness program
based on a customer''s requirements including the creation of
groups and campaignsRespond to issues communicated by the customer
and work through to successful implementation/resolution while
meeting or exceeding all service level and customer satisfaction
objectivesFollow standard departmental operating
proceduresEffectively prioritize and manage individual managed
service requestsIndividually contribute to the team''s meeting or
exceeding their service KPIsContribute with feedback to improve
existing KnowBe4 products, FAQ''s and documentation.Create custom
reports for customers based on data/analytics from the
consoleCommunicate results from the reports to the customer and
tailor suggestions regarding the training program to ensure
customer is receiving the most out of our productsMinimum
QualificationsBachelor''s degree or four years equivalent work
experienceExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS
Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)Experience with web browsers
(Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Strong verbal and written
communicationsExcellent time management and organization
skillsAbility to travel on site and speak directly to customers
