Join the Cyber Systems Engineering Group within the Defense and Space Electronics organization. You will work with a team of engineers to analyze various electronics products, test stations, or future design concepts and apply Engineering logic to reduce the risk of Cyber Attack or Cyber Exploitation. You will be responsible for the development, test, and qualification of products, and learn how to apply Engineering and Entrepreneur concepts to a growing new business sector. Your tasks will include critical thinking, Engineering analysis, verbal and written presentations, security support, documentation, and recommendation of solutions to customers. You will be part of a team of engineers driving technical solutions that meet key program milestones and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities: Work with a manufacturing team focused on building a new cutting-edge product line that will be used in future Space and Defense products Develop and guide the build process, break down barriers, and assist in moving a prototype initial LRP to FRP Work as a liaison with manufacturing & engineering teams to identify and mitigate any production issues Regularly meet with production, engineering, quality, scheduling, and advanced manufacturing personnel to provide status, insight, and solutions on improvements to eliminate barriers that impede production flow Engage with Engineering Leadership to work strategies and issues associated with helping both manufacturing and future designs move faster from concept to product reality YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree in Engineering 7+ years of experience of working in a manufacturing environment Have or had a DoD Security Clearance or can confirm no reason why you cannot obtain a DoD Security Clearance US Citizenship required to meet contractual obligations of position WE VALUE Have executed cyber software analysis or system security engineering for defense or commercial aerospace Experience working with ICs, FPGAs or ASICs Experience working with DoD Specifications and Processes Additional Information JOB ID: req315161 Category: Engineering Location: 13350 US Hwy 19 N,Clearwater,Florida,33764,United States Exempt Global (ALL) Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
