We're partnering with a great client in Winter Garden who is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Service Appointment Scheduler to join their team on a part-time basis! In this role, you'll play a key part in helping clients stay on top of their required maintenance by coordinating and managing service appointments. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and contributing to a team's success, this could be a great fit! What you'll do: * Make outbound calls to schedule required maintenance services * Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally * Book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule service appointments * Maintain accurate records and timely communication with clients What we offer: * Hourly pay plus commission for each appointment that results in a technician visit * In-office position to start, with potential remote flexibility based on performance * Growth opportunity into a full-time, 40-hour/week role with expanded responsibilities This is a great opportunity for someone who's personable, organized, and looking to grow in a supportive environment.
