Job Description:
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in
drywall commercial construction ? Do you have a passion for
managing construction projects efficiently? If so, we want you on
our team! About Us: GPAC has partnered with a leading drywall
company based in Winter Haven, FL , specializing in high-quality
drywall commercial construction projects . With a commitment to
excellence, we deliver superior craftsmanship, efficiency, and
teamwork. What You’ll Do: Assist in managing commercial drywall
projects from start to finish. Utilize OST & Quick Bid for project
management, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate with project
managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project
execution. Review and interpret construction drawings and
specifications. Track project costs, materials, and progress to
ensure efficiency and quality control. Support in RFI (Request for
Information) and change order processes. What We’re Looking For: ??
Experience: Minimum 4 years in commercial construction (drywall
experience preferred). ?? Software Skills: Proficiency in On-Screen
Takeoff & Quick-Bid is required. ?? Education: Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
?? Communication: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
with excellent attention to detail. ?? Team Player: Ability to work
