Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Clearwater, FL 33762
Length: 12 months
Pay: $20.06 Per hour
Shift: 7am-5:00pm (1 hour un-paid lunch)
Administrative Support Specialist
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Services Order Fulfillment team. Includes activities such as processing and tracking of transactions, tracking warehouse logistics, and shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Provides support to the order management process, to include order intake, verification and validation of system data against orders, inputting data into internal systems, tracking of individual repair orders in the shop, supports shipment transactions, order closeout tasks, and post-shipment filing tasks. Connects to internal portals and systems. May support other administrative functions as required. Requires significant interaction with Oracle/ERP order management systems and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Oracle/ERP experience required
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Data entry experience
- 2+ years experience
