Job Description Medical Application Enrollment Representative
Start Date: February 16, 2026 Are you detail-oriented, organized,

in maintaining the integrity of Medicare Provider files! We are
seeking a Medical Application Enrollment Representative to ensure
provider applications are accurate, compliant, and processed
efficiently. This is a full-time position with paid virtual
training , followed by a rewarding career in provider enrollment.

Training & Schedule Training (Virtual): Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM –
4:30 PM EST Full attendance is required; time off during training
is not permitted Training is conducted virtually and requires
active participation, camera on, and a professional environment
Post-Training Schedule: Monday – Friday during core hours of
operations Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as
6:00 PM EST Minimum of 4 hours per day must be within core hours
(9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST) Flexible scheduling may be available after
training and the grace period, based on performance What You’ll Do
Process provider applications and ensure compliance with CMS
regulations Obtain additional information from providers via phone
or in writing Research and validate submitted information Review
supporting documentation and make final recommendations Create and
update enrollment records in applicable systems Establish
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for provider Medicare payments
Respond to application-specific or general provider enrollment
inquiries Attend trainings, department meetings, and complete
assigned projects as needed ? Required Qualifications High school
diploma or GED 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
computer-based work experience Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal
communication skills Attention to detail, organization, and time
management skills Demonstrated problem-solving and research ability
Preferred: Provider enrollment experience Experience in a
production environment meeting quality requirements ?? Background &
Security Requirements Pre-employment background check, drug screen,
and identity proofing required Must meet federal identity and
security requirements for access to CMS systems Continued
employment contingent upon meeting additional government security
and background requirements Telework & Equipment Professional home
distraction free workspace required Company equipment provided
(dual monitors, computer, keyboard, mouse, flip phone) Reliable
home internet required: 50Mb/s download, 10Mb/s upload minimum
