We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Administrative Assistant! Must have Manufacturing Industry background to qualify.   • WEEKLY payReporting to the Executive Vice President, the Compliance Administrative Assistant has a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to perform as noted below.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but other duties may be assigned as needed:Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating all related compliance items, which will include a combination of online portals, scanning and saving documents received in the mail, printing, scanning and obtaining wet signatures of certain documents that require wet signatures only. The compliance documentation will include OSHA logs and records, Conflict Minerals Reports, RoSH and REACH and customer compliance portals, Insurance Certificates, Training Records, EEO1 Reports, New Customer or Vendor Onboarding Applications or Forms, Completing Insurance Renewal applications, downloading and storing of 401k report, updating and delivery of Monthly Production schedules including updates to the Supervisors on the floor. Updating electronic personnel files, and/or filing paper files in the HR office. Providing new shop orders on a daily basis to the floor and filing the balance of the further dated shop orders so that they can be delivered in a timely manner to the floor. Scanning file documents from Personnel files for 401K audits and for Yearend Audits and then uploading to Audit portals. Responsible to assist in creating forms, documents for publication or assist with writing up or amending work procedures for different departments and different companies that we have. This will include meeting with staff or engineers to find out the needs in order to create those documents. Responsible for the creation of these documents, getting approval, and then sending them for print or to our web master. Coordination of a great portion of these tasks requires weekly/daily meetings to interface with staff or review status and needs for the upcoming week/month. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):High school diploma required and advanced education is a plus. 3-5 years administrative experience and professional phone and email etiquette are required, Excellent organizational and logistical skills are required. Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access required. Photoshop knowledge a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT Need to be comfortable working in a diverse work environment that includes an office and manufacturing setting. It is a business casual office environment however expectation that behavior and presentation will be professional. Closed toe shoes to be worn on the manufacturing floor with glasses for eye protection.$20.00 - $22.00 per hour EOE Temp to PermMon-Fri 8:30-5:00.Three Ways to Apply (pick one)
