7P Productions has an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator. In this role, you will manage schedules for all live airings support, production schedules, invoicing, provide show support as needed. In addition, we will schedule and may participate in client meetings.Job Description DetailsDay in the Life Manage itineraries (schedules) for live shopping guests and brands we support. prepare invoicing using QuickBooks. Create and provide weekly sales reports to clients on prior weeks performance. Coordinate scheduling for b-roll, commercial shoots. Purchase props, demos, lifestyle pieces for productions. Return items as needed. Coordinate internal schedules for team members to provide show support. Attend meetings with team to discuss product related requests, and ensure those requests are carried out. Prepare and work high-profile shows. Help to create new demos for products and shows.Must Haves: Willing to do what's needed to get the job done on time. Ability to be flexible and adjusting prioritites to ensure live show needs are met. Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Experience managing timelines/deadlines. Experience working with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks. Experience with Customers Service or Guests. Able to maintain a positive, productive and organized environment.
