We have an administrative position available now to assist in various office operations, provide excellent customer service, create positive customer experiences by quickly and effectively resolving customer issues with order statues, follows up with customers, complete orders provide prices to customer, promote and sell product to existing and prospective customers, Meet established monthly sales goals, trade shows and general assist in sales office as a team member. Skills/Qualifications: Fast-learner, Mange customer inquiries, requests and complaints following up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction. clear and Confident Communication Skills, Attention to the detail, strong writing skills, Professionalism, a Clear Commitment to the customer Experience and a team player!
