extraordinary. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Product Owner to join our Wealth Services Platform
team. In this role, as part of BNY Pershing’s Wealth Services
Administration Group, you will help deliver a seamless,
self-service experience that allows firm administrators to tailor
the platform to their needs in real-time, without waiting on
implementation teams or customer support. This role is located in
Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the
following ways: Simplify complex technical functionality into a
seamless user experience. Drive vision for platform and user
interface product to support both internal and external clients.
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
across party and account/investor reference data domains. Drive
cross?functional collaboration to deliver high?impact solutions
aligned with business objectives and client needs. Prioritize and
manage the product backlog, gathering requirements from
stakeholders and partnering closely with development teams to
ensure high?quality delivery. Develop clear and concise product
briefs that articulate feature goals, requirements, and value. Make
informed trade?off decisions to advance current work, escalating
risks or issues to leadership when appropriate. Establish and track
key product metrics, defining measurement and instrumentation to
evaluate post?launch performance. To be successful in this role,
we’re seeking the following: Proactive, “get it done” approach with
the ability to overcome obstacles and maintain focus on goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5
years of experience in product ownership or product management,
with strongly preferred background in the financial services,
start-ups or financial technology domain. Highly organized,
resourceful, and skilled at prioritizing work in fast paced
environments. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate
business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in data
platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS), and cloud technologies is
a plus. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL,
or equivalent for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of
data governance, privacy, and industry best practices in financial
services. Experience with agile methodologies, product management
tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and data visualization platforms.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this
position is expected to be between $68,000 and $150,000 per year at
the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will
be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and
market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation
package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary
bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and
Company-sponsored benefit programs. BNY is an Equal Employment
