We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Tax to join our team. This role will oversee multiple areas of tax and functions, including federal, state and local tax, compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a ‘generalist’ with the ability to manage complex tax issues in a fast-paced environment. Manage and review US tax provision calculations. Provide tax support for M&A activities, including managing tax due diligence and tax planning. Provide proficient and comprehensive support for U.S. international tax laws including GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F and foreign tax credit. Connect and manage relationships with colleagues across the business and external advisors to resolve issues, develop strategies and improves processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, 15 years of prior related experience OR Graduate Degree 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, 19 years of prior related experience.
