Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper/AR Clerk: Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues promptly. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications. Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoicing processes and optimize cash flow. Assist with month-end closing tasks, including reporting and account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications desired for the Bookkeeper/AR Clerk: 2 years of proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar financial role. Strong knowledge in Procore is a MUST Construction Industry Experience PLUS Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $$55,000 - $80,000
