What You'll Do as an Accountant: As an Accountant, you'll be mentored directly by a Partner and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to clients. Responsibilities include: Assisting in financial audits and preparation of tax returns Collaborating with clients to provide financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations Preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts Performing general accounting tasks using strong Excel skills Participating in client engagements and projects across the country Supporting the Partner and team with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant Role: The ideal Accountant candidate will bring: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1 years of accounting/finance experience (internships count - fresh graduates welcome!)
