makes us so special! The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated
quantitative operational risk analyst senior. This person will the
subject have strong quantitative skills, excellent communication
skills and experience in risk. Must be a self-starter, who has a
passion for finding risk and the ability to create and present high
level reporting. This quantitative risk analyst senior is a hybrid
work type and can be based in one of the following locations: San
Antonio, TX; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado
Springs, CO or Tampa, FL. Hybrid roles help employees gain the best

from home when needed to achieve focused resultsWhat you'll do:
- Utilizes advanced analytics to assess future risk,
opportunities, and effectiveness and translates results into
meaningful solutions to enhance decision making.
- Applies advanced knowledge and industry best practices to
quantify risk and aggregate exposures.
- Engages in model validation and produces model validation
reports.
- Applies innovative and scientific/quantitative analytical
approaches to draw conclusions and make recommendations to answer
business objectives and drive change.
- Translates recommendations into communication materials to
effectively present to colleagues for peer review and
management.
- Applies advanced knowledge to produce advanced analytical
material for discussions with cross functional teams to understand
complex business objectives and influence solution strategies.
- Provides mentorship to other team members in the peer review
process.What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics,
Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or other quantitative field.
- 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 6 years related quantitative analysis experience in a
discipline relevant to risk management to include statistical
analysis, modeling, mathematics or other quantitative
discipline.
- OR advanced degree/designation in Economics, Finance,
Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or other quantitative
discipline and 4 years work experience in a quantitative discipline
relevant to risk management.
- OR PhD in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or other
quantitative discipline and up to 2 years work experience in a
quantitative discipline relevant to risk management.
- Knowledge of federal regulation 12 CFR Part 30, including
Appendices A and D and with federal supervisory guidance, to
include:--- OCC Documents: Large Bank Supervision Handbook; OCC
Safety and Soundness Handbooks - Internal Controls, Corporate &
Risk Governance, Retail Lending; and key OCC bulletins - Model Risk
Governance, Model Risk Management, New Products and Services Risk
Management, Third Party Risk Management, Technology Risk
Management, Stress Testing, and Operational Risk--- Federal Reserve
Documents: Consolidated Supervision Framework for Large Financial
Institutions; Federal Reserve Board Bank Holding Company
Supervision Manual--- FFIEC Manuals and Handbooks to include:
Banking
- General understanding of federal laws, rules, and regulations,
to include: CRA; ECOA; FCRA; MLA; SCRA; Regulation DD; Regulation
E; Regulation Z; BSA/AML and UDAP/UDAAP
- Laws and Regulations for illustrative purposes. Roles would
need an understanding of all federal and state laws and regulatory
guidance applicable to the organization and responsibilities of the
role.What sets you apart:
- Strong understanding of the data development life cycle and
information management / governance principles
- Demonstrated experience generating insights about trends
related to top and emerging risks, quality of risk management, and
other risk related topics
- Advanced experience with cloud-based platforms (i.e.,
Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Tableau for building, maintaining, and
enhancing dashboards
- Advanced experience with various programming or data analysis
platforms and languages, such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Advanced experience in querying various types of large
databases (Oracle, DB2, Snowflake, etc.)The above description

for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we
remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on
your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary
for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this
position is: $104,660 - $199,970.Employees may be eligible for pay
incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance
