Location: Clearwater, Florida Judson Group has been retained by a nationally recognized RIA in the search for a Senior Financial Advisor. This individual will take on a client-facing lead role with financial planning and investment management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling client transactions, implementing investment and financial planning recommendations, business development exposure, and conducting client meetings.This is a great opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners, slowly transitioning current clients while taking the lead on new clients coming into the firm. This position does offer a path to partnership.Responsibilities:

Responsible for all planning, analysis, risk tolerance discussions for investments and other decisions that affect the client relationship.
Conduct regular client meetings and communicate regularly with clients to update on progress of their financial goals.
Prepare and update financial plans, insurance documents, estate and tax plans, and retirement strategies.
Work with client support team to provide an exceptional client experience.
Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
Strong knowledge in the areas of financial planning, asset allocation investment strategies and account administration, tax and estate planning, charitable giving, insurance, and retirement planning.Requirements:
- 7+ years with a financial planning/investment management firm, family office, or RIA.
- Strong financial planning and investment management experience.
- Track record of successful business development a plus.
- Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
- Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Compensation & Benefits:
