As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, cash management, tax planning, and financial reporting. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business goals.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, cash management, tax planning, and financial reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies that support our business goals.Work closely with the executive team to ensure that financial objectives are aligned with overall business objectives.Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.Oversee the preparation of financial statements, pro formas, and pricing models.Manage asset sales, purchases, and M&A activities, including corporate reorganizations.Ensure that tax structures are optimized to minimize tax liabilities.Provide guidance and support to elected entities, holding companies, and other related entities.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and auditors.Ensure compliance with all statutory accounting requirements, including accident and health insurance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.CPA certification preferred.5+ years of accounting experience, with a proven track record of success in financial management.Knowledge of M&A and corporate reorganization activities.Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or real estate industries preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of third-party administrator services and statutory accounting.Interested in hearing more?
