We are transforming our finance function and transitioning the Financial Systems team to become the center of expertise for best-in-class financial processes and systems solutions. We are looking for talented resources with an established track record of exceeding expectations.The Financial System Analyst will be a key member of the team, providing daily support for Oracle production, enhancement projects and strategic initiatives related to the Oracle Fusion Financials solution. The individual in this role will participate in system implementations/enhancements and administrative tasks. The individual will work with senior staff and learn to trouble-shoot issues, partner with application users and the business, and facilitate solutions. You should have introductory experience to business operations, be a thorough and detailed thinker, self-driven, motivated, and intellectually curious, a team player and partner, and be able to communicate clearly, work effectively with diverse groups. Quantitative and Qualitative analytical skill and use of standard office software is essential.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport senior staff in the on-going functional administration of Oracle fusion modules assisting with system implementations, solutioning and daily support to existing applications.Investigate system configuration processes and document methods to maintain and enhance configurations on an on-going basis.Collaborate with technical development teams and document methods when addressing new implementations, functionality enhancements, and application updates.Learn methods and training and assistance to new and existing users.Participate in new technology testing, development, and support.Assist in maintenance of interfaces to/from other applications of financial systems.Act as liaison with Accounting, Finance, IT, and functional end-users.Maintain knowledge of trends, developments and new technologies impacting system function.Participate in the strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
Job Qualifications (may vary by level) Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or technical comparable is required.1-2 years of experience in an Information Systems based culture.Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.Superior problem-solving skills; must be resourceful and creative with solutions.Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in verbal and written form.Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.Ability to work independently under time constraints and on projects of varying lengths.Contribute individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office with a strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other financial software applications is a favored plus.PI190452262
